SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., — (March 21, 2006) — VideoEgg, Inc., a leading innovator in web-based video publishing solutions, announced today that it has acquired assets of Popcast, LLC. Under the terms of the transaction, several senior members of Popcast's development team will join VideoEgg.
