VideoEgg is looking for a strong and experienced product manager to drive the evolution and advancement of our data and analytics platform. The role is critical to our marketing, business, targeting, and engineering strategies, which will increasingly rely on this platform to gather, report, and leverage data driven insight from our quickly growing ad network (publishers, users, and advertisers).

• Pro-actively work with internal teams, management, and partners to set data infrastructure, analytic, and reporting priorities and roadmap
• Translate and prioritize the key requirements, work directly with engineering, external contractors, and QA to bring it all to life, and then iterate
• Define and test new ways to leverage our data to improve our ad targeting capabilities. This includes identifying and integrating with 3rd party data sources that would enhance our optimization tools and ad offerings. You will also manage the associated vendor relationships
• Understand our existing systems and drive improvement in data collection, structure, quality, and breadth
• Manage project schedules and dependencies; drive cross functional initiatives
• Stay current with competitors and online advertising targeting and analytics landscape; keep the company informed on key issues
• Given that many teams and initiatives will leverage our data platform, you will be both a resource to and driver of projects.

• Three to five years experience in a data | analytics product management role
• Experience with online advertising network, publisher, and or agency strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of data warehousing systems | technologies and data analytics
• Track record of defining data centric product requirements and shipping successful products
• Experience working with and integrating 3rd party data sources
• Business mindset with a strong technical bent (engineering background strongly preferred)
• Self-starter with the interest and ability to work within a start up environment, including the ability to effectively work across functional teams
