
VideoEgg is looking for a strong product manager to drive the evolution and advancement of the tools that support our growing and multi-faceted Ad Operations team. The role is critical to furthering the quality of the service we provide our advertisers and enhancing VideoEgg’s competitive position. Our ideal candidate will bring product management skills and an understanding of online ad operations.

• Translate and prioritize key requirements, and work directly with engineering, external contractors, and QA to bring it all to life.
• Understand existing systems and data system to improve ad operations and effectiveness short term
• Drive cross functional and outsourced development initiatives
• Stay current with competitors and online advertising landscape; keep the company informed on key issues

• Three to five years experience in product management
• Knows online ad operations, how the sales process works, and what ad serving systems are capable of.
• Experience working with online publisher or ad network
• Track record of defining product requirements, managing cross functional teams, and shipping successful products
• Product disposition with strong technical bent (engineering background strongly preferred)
• Self-starter with the interest and ability to work within a start up environment
• Great communication skills
